At Invader Concepts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
